The counter is located on the side entrance of the building. Really no signage on the building at all. Just 2 small window stickers on the side door. No one at the counter. Called the local number and someone did answer the phone.
Made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and car was not available when I got there. I did not receive a phone call letting me know it wasn’t available and I had to drive 30 min to get there. They also had no comparable vehicles to offer.
The guys here are absolutely fantastic. From the customer attention provided, peace of mind given, extensive vehicle selection, and flow of operations here at the Altamonte Springs location I will say that this location delivers quality service that is unmatched. Carlos and Angel really make this location stand out above the rest. Thank you gentleman for a great experience!
