July 2025 update: it only got worse when I received a bill for over $300 for the roadside service that was required due to all the issues noted below. Do not risk your safety renting from this location. Horrible experience. Our car was ready 90 minutes late. Quick inspection appeared okay. Got on the road and noticed lots of noise from the rear. After inspection we found one tire to be completely bald with chunks of rubber missing. Carlos has a tendency of catering to hispanic & white customers over Black customers. Rolled out the red carpet speaking Spanish & all to his kind but when it came to assisting blacks..his entire attitude changed, asking for extra proof of everything giving much resistance even though everything was official he still persistent to give resistance with an sassy attitude.
