Terrible additude from the moment I walked in everything was pre paid just needed to pick the car up they refused and said I'd need to make a new reservation and leave a card with them whole thing seemed off I wouldnt trust them with your card info

Damion Price has to be the WORST Avis employee they have hired , I am baffled that they continue to allow this man to be a store manager. This is my second encounter with this guy and everytime he has an attitude like he is mad to be working for Avis. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced and as a preferred Avis member I expect better
