They dont inspect there vehicles before giving u a rental , we had to go out of our way to make sure the vehicle had a maintenance , vehicle was a 2025 camry and was making a weird noise when braking and when we went to the facility they told us to take it in to get it checked out which it was vetter to give us another vehicle due to the fact that should of been done b4 , which made us late to a schedule event we had .
After an absolutely terrible experience with my reservation, Tiffany at the Budget location in Danbury, CT completely turned things around. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a smile, listened patiently to everything that had happened, and immediately went into action to help resolve our issues. She was professional, compassionate, and genuinely seemed to care about finding a solution. I have used the Danbury,CT location MULTIPLE times and I always see Tiffany behind the desk with a huge smile and an amazing memory!! I love working with this location!!!
The woman at the front desk is extremely helpful and consistently goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I’ve noticed she could use additional support, yet she remains professional, capable, and fully in control. So Gina if you need an employee I can help part time
