The girls inside the place they are very friendly sometimes they’re busy on the phone. You gotta call them sometimes more but they are one of best workers I’ve ever seen in Avis all over Connecticut They helped me so much sometimes I’d problem with making the payments. They were very polite and very respectful on a phone call thank you very much.

I had a confirmed reservation, drove an entire hour to pick up the car, and when I got there they told me there was a waitlist over a page and a half long. What’s the point of making a reservation if it’s not going to be honored? This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Customer service needs serious improvement. Very disappointed.

I have rented from this location about 100 times and it is always a great experience. Tiffany and Gina are super nice and helpful. The pickup and return process is always quick and very easy. The attendant who cleans the cars in the back lot is very nice and is always patient while I plug in my dashcams before I drive away. That makes a great experience and it is always super pleasant and helpful! The cars are always very clean. They have a nice selection and the cars are always fresh.
