So unprofessional. It took an hour and a half for the woman to somehow come to the conclusion that they somehow lost our reservation, which nearly made my fiance lose his new job, as he had to travel to orientation and needed the car. I'm not sure how they lost our reservation nor why it took them so long to tell us, but at least we got our money back. We will not be returning.
