We rented a car for 48 hours from Avis/Budget to attend a send off ceramony for my son who was being deployed overseed. It was me and his 3 younger sisters who are all minors. We were accused of smoking in the vehicle and these guys charged us $450 for smoking in the car. No one in our group has ever smoked. They will take advantage of you and charge you just to line their corporate pockets and made no effort to even consider dismissing the charges. Was told that total amount owed would be 120 dollars when I came in new amount was over 400 dollars wouldn't recommend....

I RENTED A CAR AT THE AIRPORT LOCATION IN LAWTON ON THE 15TH OF AUGUST RETURNING ON THE 17TH OF AUGUST, THE VEHICLE WAS CLEAN AND FULL OF GAS. THEY CHARGED ME A $150 CLEANING FEE WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS CLEAN. I CALLED THE DAY I PICKED THE VEHICLE UP TO LET THEM NO THAT IT SMELLED LIKE SPOILED FEET, BUT NOONE EVER ANSWERED. THEN WHEN I CALLED ABOUT THE CHARGE I KEPT GETTING THEIR SYSTEM WAS HAVING ISSUES, BUT IT WASN'T HAVING ISSUES WHEN THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR NO REASON. LET ME START BY SAYING GO TO ENTREPRISE ON CACHE IF YOU ARE RENTING IN LAWTON , OK.Worst experience ever at (AVIS)at this location. I booked and made a partial payment on 7/23/25. The booking was done through a third party company. Funds were withdrawn from my bank account. I show up on 7/26/2025 to pick up my rental. The person that was there said they had no reservation under my name. I called corporate they said they the same thing.
