Great experience! Deva was so helpful and kind. She’s such a hard worker and goes above and beyond her responsibilities. Will be coming here again!
I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this Avis location! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like absolute royalty. The staff here are not just employees, they are miracle workers in customer service. Check-in was lightning fast and the team went out of their way to make sure I felt completely taken care of.
I specifically asked about tolls because NJ is riddled with tolls. Avis does not provide an EZpass and many tolls are ezpass only. I was told by the representative that I would be charged for the tolls only and no additional charge. Received my billing, where I was charged 6 DOLLARS PER DAY for using tolls, as if there is any option to NOT use tolls in a TOLL AREA. I was lied too and now I have to fight with my bank and Avis for my money back. No integrity from this company and I simply will not be using Avis again. Liars an... read more
