This is the only place I could find with a “vehicle” for a big family. I hope my vehicle will be present in good working order and no damages. These reviews are not helping especially with picture evidence. If the experience goes will I’ll change it for no my expectations for good service and vehicle is none existent.

I made a reservation today, October 29th, at 10 am. When I arrived, they told me they didn't have my car and that I had to wait for a mechanic to arrive and repair the car they were going to give me. I tried to wait and see what would happen, since I was already there and had come from Haverhill, a 50-minute drive away. I waited for two hours and simply had to leave because the mechanic never arrived and they didn't fix the problem. Time here is too valuable to waste like that.

Zero Stars — Terrible Experience Every Time Every time I rent a vehicle from Avis in Peabody, it turns into a nightmare. The cars constantly break down, and when I return them, they claim there’s new damage — even though I always take pictures before driving off. This has now happened three separate times, and they still try to charge me for things I didn’t do.
