Trudy Bauman is the sole bright spot in Avis Customer Service today. My car needed to be replaced, because the electrical system was failing. I spent over 45 minutes on the phone with Avis Customer Service and Avis roadside assistance and finally hung up because they were useless. I drove to the only open Avis location in Sioux City, at the airport and met Trudy. She had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Kudos! Give this girl a raise.
