I have rented from multiple car rental agencies over the years. I switched to Avis exclusively about 3yrs ago. The Avis counter at Huntington airport is top notch with great service that is second to none. Fast service, great cars and very responsive if an issue arises. Thanks for all you do and keep up the great work!

Bad. I got stuck at airport and late for work because Avis booked and confirmed my reservation just to tell me they don’t have a car when I arrive.. bad customer service
Car was returned full of gas however CHAD charged my card $17! Contacted Avis no response! BEWARE.
Easy enough to find, They handle any rental company vehicle returns.
