Overall, I had a mostly positive experience with this car rental agency. The car I rented was enjoyable to drive and in good condition. The base rate was fair, and the in-person service agents were okay—somewhat accommodating, especially when I requested an extension on my rental. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. Rental process was very easy. Worker was very nice. Would definitely recommend and will be back
I booked on the Avis app and click on the split payment option entered all of my credit card information only to get to the counter and be told they can't help me. No one knows how to worth the app which is crazy
