I need a car for various weeks for mechanical troubles with my own car and Avis help me immediately and lend me a brand new 2026 Toyota Corolla. Great customer service, easy to work and very affordable.
I dealt with both the guys who work here across two rentals, the American guy was incredibly rude, the other guy shouted that he didn't have a car for me because at the start of his shift he sent all the cars that weren't booked to the airport, and I had the audacity to make a booking later that day and show up for it. When I brought the car back a month later he warned me I might be charged a $450 cleaning fee because the car is "filthy with pet hair everywhere, all over the seats". I would not recommend this location. My experience was very disappointing, as there were concerns about transparency. The pictures provided did not appear to match the actual service, and no timestamped documentation was shared. Additionally, the only images available were on a personal device, which raises questions about their validity. Attempting to escalate the issue with a supervisor was also unproductive. I suggest considering other options to avoid unnecessary frustration.
Honestly. It was a first time renting a vehicle and I’m thankful I picked Avis. Specifically this location. It was a very soft experience renting. Not too much of a hassle. Located the vehicle and it was in magnificent condition. I purchased the elite package vehicle and was greeted with a 2024 CX90 Mazda. Went from Orlando to Blairsville Georgia with EASE. Smooth ride.
