Nice, fast, well organized. Just location is an air train ride + long walk outside. Would be 5star with better transit to the desk or covered so you don't get rained on.

Employee , was super unfriendly. Obviously didn’t want to be there. While waiting for the process another customer came back saying the location given to her did not have a car. We were given our location and again no car. Had to wait several minutes before another car could be assigned. No apology given very poor customer service. Will not rent from Avis again.

I needed a rental for a graduation for my sister. I booked a Dodge Challenger but was told after waiting 25 minutes in the line that it was unavailable after I reserved it weeks in advance. After switching to a SUV. I was told they don't accept debit cards. I had a credit card but it was one they didn't accept. So, I went home and proceeded to wait 10 minutes in line before a lady recognized me from my previous wait and helped me. After that the pickup and drop off went smoothly.
