Your employee wally was absolutely rude when I went to pick up my car on Sunday. He refused to honor the price that I payed to book a car online. They had a vehicle in a different class but insisted on charging over $100 more for a 3 day rental. We went next door to hertz and they honored the price quoted by Avis. Actually, came in a couple dollars cheaper and the counter guy was super nice. Wally should look into a job at the local dispensary. Something much less professional.

I was routed to central reservation, booked a car, received a confirmation #, showed up at the airport office & they said reservation was cancelled, no car available. They said central reservation has no way of knowing inventory at the local office. Fortunately I didn't pay over the phone. Bad experience.

Wally was rude and unprofessional on 8/28. He sent me off in a vehicle with the check engine light on and refused to help me even when I said I didn’t feel safe. He told me I could “go across the street to Uncle Ed and get an oil change yourself if you want.” He was rude and rolling his eyes from the moment he approached me. Not to mention that before he came to me he was in the back office with a friend (not a coworker) and police officer who I heard giving them a warning. This is a shady desk with shady employees.
