If you can avoid it, do not come here. The staff is friendly, but that's about it. The parts are unreliable. The last time I booked with that they didn't even have a car after it had already confirmed. They called me 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up And then told me that they don't have a car. The car I just rented says that it needs maintenance, which is troubling. I do not recommend this place. Did I mention that?

If you are apart of the uber program please note that this location has terrible customer service. They try to hide behind integrity, but they are argumentative and lie so they can do fraudulent billing and give away your rental. They treat their customers with no respect. I did call customer service and they were able to offer a little help after I called 4 different numbers. Avis do better.

Avoid at all costs. One star is generous. First vehicle was disgusting in and out including noticeable damage. After waiting in line for Second vehicle, the windshield was covered in bugs and dirt. Was told “we don’t have a car wash, so that’s on you”. Returned the vehicle late and was charged an additional day which I expected, but on top of that they charged me $15 late return fee - both without informing me. Made a reservation for a vehicle and prepaid online when we got to the airport to rent it we were told we have to have a credit card without being told that online BEFORE prepaying. when we called customer service, they didn’t seem to want too help us, and also told we have to have a credit check again without being told that online. DONT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!
