They lied about how much the rental was and how much they needed down
Unsafe cars and they do not care. I rented a car with 4 very bald tires, and went into a rain storm and almost wrecked twice. I returned the car early and informed them of the issue and said they need to get the car off the road ASAP... the customer service agent simply said "would you like a receipt".
