Unsafe cars and they do not care. I rented a car with 4 very bald tires, and went into a rain storm and almost wrecked twice. I returned the car early and informed them of the issue and said they need to get the car off the road ASAP... the customer service agent simply said "would you like a receipt". I had no intention of seeking a refund until they obviously didn't care what had just occurred. Garrett and his transport crew went above and beyond to get me where I needed to be. They deserve six stars.
Kensie was very professional and courteous and helped me rent a car for my daughter.
I had Kenzie help me when I came to visit family. She made the experience one to remember and will definitely will be using the service again.
