Customer service was very friendly
Didn’t have the suv we had reserved so we got stuck with a van. It was all banged up and scratched. I filled out the form for the outside but when I left with the van it was nasty. When I returned it they are trying to charge me for it stay away from these crooks
I am really pleased with the service I have received from the Avis/Budget car rental agency in Holland, Michigan on Chicago Drive. Shout out to Agency Operator Nael Saleh who provided me with exemplary custormer service and helped me get an unbelievable upgrade. I have rented here for the past few years, a few times each year and have always been treated well.
Nael helped me get a car in a very tough time. I will 100% be back anytime I need to get a rental.
