Exchanged a rental with non functional head lights. Excellent customer service
I have been renting from Braden Finch’s location for several years and he has never disappointed. As a small business owner myself, it’s always great to see home grown businesses with great customer service and compliments it with the best team of folks to support him. The only “ism” that lives here is PROFESSIONALISM. Thanks Braden from Queens Legacy Foundation and New Eyes Village Church
Please don’t waste your time going here. The representative woman was rude. I was told on the phone there were rentals available. Went in person and no one was able provide a reservation for myself. Instead of assisting, the lady was unhelpful. The bookings online don’t match what they actually have available.
A much better and easier experience than renting from Hertz!
