Lorie was very accommodating and helpful with helping me setup and pick up my reservation.
I originally rented a car for 2 days from another Avis location, but then received a call redirecting me to the Aventura location. They called again to inform me that the only vehicle available was a Kia EV, so I agreed. After picking up the car and leaving the mall, I immediately got a low tire pressure warning. The counter lady is not very helpful and she claimed the car I reserved wasn’t there she told me to get another car that was bigger for the same price but I didn’t understand the process instead of assisting me she kicked me out for no reason!
Does not answer the phone, transfers to a call center that doesn’t speak English well, no shuttle from brightline station for the last 6 years even though it specifically says on the reservation they have one
Upon calling to check if they had any cars available for Uber. this guy told me I called too much and don’t call back and if I don’t like it, I can take my business elsewhere.
