FRAUD. Avis is trying to charge me almost $1,800 for pre-existing damage on a front bumper. When I got the car, I did the walk around inspection and they told me don’t worry we already know about the damage but luckily I took pictures anyway. 5 months later they want to send me a bill for almost $1,800. This is a scam
Horrible experience. I was 30 minutes late to drop off a car and I called and told the lady at the location. She said she will charge a $15 late fee and to come in the morning for a receipt. They charged me a full day and Insurnace and didn’t care to help me. I am never coming here again. Jasmine is the lady that charged me the full day and didn’t care to help. I hope Avis calls me and resolves this because I rent cars a lot for work.
