This location was quick, easy, and Lorie was excellent not just for me but for the woman who was in front of me. She made both of our weekends excellent.
A dreadful experience with Avis Car Rental. After booking and paying $230 out of a $300 rental, I arrived at the counter on time and was met by an employee with a cold, authoritarian, and disrespectful attitude. She claimed I was late (false) and refused to give me the car, telling me I’d have to wait 45 minutes… for a car that was already paid for. Despite clear evidence of issues with the vehicle, there was absolutely no willingness to help from the staff. The employee’s attitude was careless and dismissive. This is completely unworthy of the level of service promised by a company like Avis. No solution was offered, no effort made to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointing experience.
