I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Avis Total. Their system is completely unprofessional, and there is no communication between their branches. The vehicle they provided was faulty and could not even be locked. Instead of helping us resolve the issue, they left us stranded without offering any meaningful assistance or a replacement vehicle.
