Love it when an employee goes out of their way to help a customer. This was by far my best rental experience during those holiday chaos days. The girl at the m desk I believe her name is Lori and the other older gentleman went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed in a smooth and simple process. Avis will see a lot of me because of these two. Thanks again guys.

Great customer service. I observed him handling a nasty customer and he did a great job. The customer was late and didn’t want to pay for the late fee. Now, I really need to say that Avis is being unfair, they gave me a bad electric car that their battery wasn’t charging properly until the 6th day from my 7 days rental didn’t want to charge at all, then when they got their car for maintenance they ended up charging me for the time that their car was on maintenance. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this rental car company. I specifically booked a vehicle category suitable for my elderly parents, only to be told at pickup that they intended to give me a low to the ground 2-door sedan—completely inappropriate for seniors with mobility concerns. When I explained that this was not acceptable and pointed out that I had booked (and paid for) a different category, the staff refused to honor the reservation and offered no reasonable alternative.
