My husband had booked a car for me to pick up and I had some issues with checking in, but the owner was so helpful and so polite. He made sure he did everything he could to get me the things I needed. He was going through something personal with a family member in the hosptial but he made sure he took care of me and went above and beyond. I had a very great experience. He even gave me an upgrade. Thank you so much shaher (i think I have spelled this wrong, apologies)
Bad experience, "luxury SUV" vehicle had tons of issues, and customer service wasn't helpful or willing to give any discounts for the inconvenience. The vehicle was filthy and didn't seem to have been cleaned in a long time. Would not recommend
Had reservations told the lady on phone only had debt wouldn't take once there put me In a bind
The cashier was super nice and understanding... You can count on them 100%..5 stars is under a statement of more of 10 stars.. nothing but love ..
