This is my second time leaving a review my first one was mysteriously deleted ?? Horrible experience, horrible staff! Didn’t have the car i reserved weeks in advanced. Front desk guy was USELESS didnt even try selling me a different car…come back to return the car 15 mins late, which when i called customer service they assured me it was ok. My bill was $304 so tell me why they charged my card almost $900!!!????? Do not rent from here. Absolutely HORRIBLE.
Absolutely horrible customer service from the Avis location in Simi Valley. I made a reservation expecting a car to be available, only to be told four hours before pickup that there were no cars available. What is the purpose of making a reservation if the company can’t honor it? People plan their schedules around these bookings, so being notified at the last minute is completely unacceptable.
