Please don't waste your time. Terrible terrible Terrible! I went in at my appointment time to get a car. The guy says oh you booked it late yesterday and we didn't get it. I don't understand how we booked it too late when I got a confirmation at 2:41 saying my reservation was confirmed through text. Anyways they said they didn't have a full size available and to make another reservation. This is the 3rd time I have tried making a reservation with this fake rental car place. The Simi Valley Avis DOES NOT HAVE ANY VEHICLES TO RENT! AMD THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD AND NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH GETTING A REFUND TO GET ANOTHER RENTAL CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE! HOW RIDICULOUS! WASTE OF TIME!

Completely unhelpful and unwilling to help customers. Guy at the front desk obviously doesn't understand how to work a customer service job. We had to go somewhere else because he was so unwilling to help us.
