Daisy called and pushed it to 6 hours later, then called and canceled and said she had nothing to offer me. Yet I can go online and book it right now for $30 more. they are denying me a car because of the rate I was guaranteed. Then I call to make a complaint and customer service gives me the run around. She tells me there is a car there for me. which is it? Daisy and Avis are running a scam to only accept reservations for the best rates. This is ILLEGAL
I had a great experience Avis in Simi Valley. A special thank-you to Daisy and all who work at the shop. I kept having to extend the rental time and they were always helpful. Daisy always had a smile on her face and in her voice. It was much appreciated in a stressful time. Thank-you you again.

Avis, do better. Imagine having a confirmed reservation, traveling 7 hours away, only to find out Avis decided to let someone else “extend their rental” and just left me stranded. No call, no warning, no solution — just a “sorry, nothing we can do.” So basically, a reservation with Avis means nothing. I guess customer service now stands for “Sucks, Very Much.” I’m 7 hours away from home, exhausted, and all I got was attitude and empty apologies.
