Rented a car and ran into issues with the key fob (dead battery) - stopped by to have the battery replaced… waited 10 minutes for help and then we were told by the associate, that she couldn’t change out the battery because she was worried about breaking her nails. We were sent somewhere else to have the battery changed. We appreciate the help!
