This Avis location is so great and David G is absolutely amazing as we were need of a rent a car on late notice he got us one and on our way fast he went above and beyond wish all Avis stores had a David working for them !!
Booked a mini van for a week and a half road trip. Went to pick it up today and it smelled like weed. They didnt have any other cars to give us, and our options at other rental agencies are now severely limited and 2x the price. Super disappointed- wouldnt even give us a discount so we could go have it cleaned ourselves. This was our first experience with avis/budget and will likely be our last.
AC systems smell like urine due to bacteria and mold. They need to service the AC in vehicles.
