Absolutely awful customer service and extremely Inflexible, much more so then my experience with the airport locations. Turns me off the brand.
Where are my items that were left in the car??? They are missing, no one is helping you all have the vehicle back
Overall my rental pick up was good at Avis. They didn't have the full electric vehicle that I was hoping for, but they put me in a hybrid vehicle. The customer service was fantastic. Barb was very helpful and tried hard to get me the electric vehicle. Thank you Barb. Hopefully I don't have to pay anything extra when I return it. I'll provide an update if I do.
This Avis location is so great and David G is absolutely amazing as we were need of a rent a car on late notice he got us one and on our way fast he went above and beyond wish all Avis stores had a David working for them !!
