Reserved a car online that I needed in a pinch and under short notice - I get it, not ideal for a non-airport location. In the middle of ubering to the location to get the car, the agent called to tell me that they had no cars. Was already on the way so I figured I would just figure it out when I got there. When I walked in, the guy at the desk could not be more uninterested in helping me. Great Place, Great Staff not sure of the bad Reviews, they have an Over night Key drop too. Used the Rental Service atleast 3 times over the last few months and never disappointed
Would not recommend. What a terrible experience. First, I arranged a reservation pick up time of 6pm online and when I arrived at 6:05 the place was closed. Ok, fine - that may have been out of this location's control. When I ubered there the next morning moments after opening, they didn't have my reserved compact car or any midsize cars left so i was left with a Toyota Highlander (a 7 person SUV) where the windshield was cracked and the car was filthy with crumbs, stains, and even had an empty windex bottle laying in the ba... read more
HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING AVIS EVER THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE BOOKED A CAR AND THEY DID NOT HAVE SAID CAR. The gentlemen that works there called just now TWO HOURS before I’m leaving for a trip and says not only do they not have my car they have no car to offer me. He was rude and didn’t seem to give a flying care. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I can’t believe this. The company clearly doesn’t care because it seems by the reviews this has been going on for sometime!
We ordered to rent a SUV one week ago. The day we were gonna get the car 2 hours before they called us and tolled us that they don’t have a car. And I had to go and I didn’t know where to get a car in the next 2 hours and I didn’t find a car in 2 hours and I was in trouble. Don’t trust them.
