The customer service at this location can be very inconsistent. Some days it’s mediocre, while other times it can be very poor. I’ve rented from them regularly, but my experiences have become increasingly disappointing. The vehicles are often not as clean as they should be and sometimes appear poorly maintained. Zero accountability. Reserved a van few months ago. Called in to check that they have the van last week and they said, yes all is good. Go there to pick up the van, and what I get “we have no vans available, you can go and pick a van from CVG for triple the price”. Would never rent from AVIS.

Horrible. Reservation was made more than a week ago, went to pick up the car and were told "sorry, we do not have cars available ". No alternatives were given rather than calling a phone number, where we were told AVIS does not guarantee reservations... what is the point then of making a reservation, if you don't guarantee neither notify in advance cars are not available then, find the surprise once you get there?
