Lady at the counter was terrible. Plan on a wait. Very slow unfriendly service. Employee was working around their food on the counter and kept taking cell phone calls while helping customers. Tried to let us walk out without even offering insurance.
Avis car rental inside the Walmart on 35 is the worst rental place we have ever been to. We have rented from there several times and every time is just as bad as the last. Never again, just not worth it. Besides getting a rogue the last time we rented a car and having to pull over on the freeway while it was pouring down with rain because our car kept sliding into other cars because the tires were so bald, 2/3 cars smelling of cigarettes, this time I went with my husband to drop off the rental and they were closed, tried to ... read more
