The manager Kyle in Kyle is the franchisee he rocks he's been very professional communicative.
The owner hurt my elderly father’s hand by ripping a pen from it before he accidentally signed the wrong line. Our rental smells of cigarettes which I told him just so we wouldn’t get charged when we dropped it off which he invalidated immediately. When I asked him for his name and explained what I was unhappy about all he told me was that he was the owner, no apology about hurting my father at all. So no one will be holding him accountable. Reserved and prepaid for a 5 passenger vehicle. Picked up a Bronco. Our Road trip was horrible. Fortunately able to exchange for a more suitable vehicle at our destination airport. No new receipt nor mention of fuel charges as this was being treated like a return at the end of our trip. Kyle was so unhelpful and stated the airport should have charged us even more.
