Un desastre total, no respetan las reservas pre pagas, no se hacen responsables, lo único q repiten como loros es que se le averiaron los carros y no tienen otro para dar, simplemente pienso Avis no puede tener una agencia gerencia da así. Lamentablemente es la segunda vez que nos sucede lo mismo.
So happy to have a rental car service in Belmont! These folks are great, organized and super helpful. Everyone I have met her has been great and such reasonable prices. I received a coupon from Budget and they honoured it upon check-out, no problem. The vehicle provided was great - super clean, full tank of gas, and fabulous condition. I will definitely be back. I had reserved a car with this location, got a call on the day of just an hour before my pickup time that they don't have cars available. The man on the phone was very rude, didn't provide any alternatives or ETAs on when I might get a car. Did not even offer to cancel my reservation, he said I could do it online if I wanted to. Horrible service, never going to this location again. The location in Foster City is much better, only went with this location because the one in Foster City was booked out.
