So happy to have a rental car service in Belmont! These folks are great, organized and super helpful. Everyone I have met her has been great and such reasonable prices. I received a coupon from Budget and they honoured it upon check-out, no problem. The vehicle provided was great - super clean, full tank of gas, and fabulous condition. I will definitely be back. I had reserved a car with this location, got a call on the day of just an hour before my pickup time that they don't have cars available. The man on the phone was very rude, didn't provide any alternatives or ETAs on when I might get a car. Did not even offer to cancel my reservation, he said I could do it online if I wanted to. Horrible service, never going to this location again. The location in Foster City is much better, only went with this location because the one in Foster City was booked out. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Avis employee Marry Ann for helping us find the right car for us. She was very kind and understood our situation: she found us a great option for a four-wheel drive car with winter tires. Which was perfect for a trip to Lake Tahoe. I made a reservation online a few minutes before anrriving and they were able to get me in an electric car. The man at the front took the time to give me a quick tutorial since I had never driven an electric car before. Great customer service!
