Just shocking - seems like scam after scam which we didn’t expect from a big brand. Completely different to our experience with Enterprise 2 weeks earlier. So in a bill that should have been about $550 the number was nearer $1k. Why I asked? You agreed to the premium insurance waiver. (I never did and was never asked) and you arrived 10 mins before your booked slot … so you’ve been charged another day (it took an hour to get through!) Over a half hour waiting in line. Two people at the counter for about a dozen in line, and just ridiculously slow. When you finally get to the counter, be ready for a very rude experience.

I had technical difficulties but Ms.Lelia was such a God-sent. She was extremely patient and helpful. Highly recommended.

I should've read the reviews. I will say despite having a horrible day (delayed flights) I still tried my best to be nice. I was greeted by a woman that clearly did not want to work. They offered me a tesla, even though that wasn't the car I reserved. I expressed myself saying "you guys must've ran out of cars since my flight got delayed, but I did not reserve a Tesla" to which the lady said "I don't care, do you want to take the Tesla.
