I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Mike Washington. Communication was poor, questions often went unanswered, and I felt like my concerns were brushed aside instead of being addressed professionally. The leasing process was much more frustrating than it needed to be because of the lack of responsiveness and follow-through. I expected better customer service and wouldn't recommend working with him based on my experience

I recieved a car with contract for a certain sum and Mike Washington the supposed manager tripled the price a week after I drove off the lot, didnt send the revised sum or contract and refused to refund even a penny of the money. For absolute shame, what has happened to customer service

The rental desk cancelled my reservation only once I had arrived despite booking 6 weeks in advance and calling the day before to confirm everything was right. Kendall at the desk gave no reason for the cancellation, just that he couldn’t do it right now. Nice.

Shout out to Fred behind the Avis counter. We were in a serious bind with a late reservation that turned out to be no good because all the cars were gone. All of the rental companies were out of cars at Montgomery Airport. We were already heading back to the hotel with a friend when Fred called and said hey, I found a car for you! Now that's service you don't usual get from a car rental counter employee and we really appreciated it. Thank you Fred for taking the time to help us out when we were in a real bind.
