The rental car had a strong odor and noticeable stains on the seats. The steering and alignment were also off.
Very appreciative for the last minute accommodation after Hertz closed early and refused to honor my reservation. However, this was by far the worst condition vehicle I've ever rented. Just glad it got me back to the airport at the end of my work visit. Gentleman working the desk was awesome though.

After reserving the vehicle two weeks ago and being told the amount I had to have on my credit card and next thing I was told I actually had to have $438 so did that but then was told I have to wait 24 hours to use my card again since I had to add more money on the card, WTH? Not to mention the lady working was very rude and bcuz I was in work clothes she acted as if I wasn’t up to her standards or couldn’t afford to rent a vehicle there.
