After reserving the vehicle two weeks ago and being told the amount I had to have on my credit card and next thing I was told I actually had to have $438 so did that but then was told I have to wait 24 hours to use my card again since I had to add more money on the card, WTH? Not to mention the lady working was very rude and bcuz I was in work clothes she acted as if I wasn’t up to her standards or couldn’t afford to rent a vehicle there. Avis serving with worst customer service I have ever seen . They are not capable of serving customers. Everyone is irresponsible here . We may lose our time and money with this rental company
Worst experience ever with Avis . I wasted my time because of customer service and desk as well . There is no coordination between customer care executive team and This rental location. I would recommend folks to not get rental with Avis . Very very worst and bad experience
