Not that I have ever had a bad experience renting a car, but my experience with this location of Avis was extraordinary. From walking in and making my reservation, to picking my car up. And that's a whole other story because that guy that assisted me was amazing LOL. Upon my drop off another customer was there and appeared to be very agitated and confrontational. Pat Brown had the worst customer service over the phone inquired about a vehicle he continued to yell and be disorderly very unprofessional establishments.
Friendly service, and decent car selection. Representative was well informed and offered road advice and route options. Great customer service.
Best service from Avis representatives at this location, including manager Mr. Pat Brennan!!
