We book from this Avis regularly and usually get good cars. The staff also has been really nice and easy to work with.

We recently rented a car from Diane and her team at Avis . They had several cars to choose from for our trip. They were super friendly and I will use them again in the future!
I have been a customer of Diane with Avis for over twenty years.Diane operates the highest quality car rental locations in Boston and surrounding suburbs . Any time there might be an issue she remedies it quickly .For the record there have been very few issues over 20 years. When I pick up the rental car-they are always pristine inside and out . The satellite radio option is a plus. I highly recommend Diane and her manager Leo.
I experienced excellent customer service at this location. Fast service, immaculately clean car, very pleasant person at the desk. Highly recommend.
