Fair prices and excellent customer service
Everyone here at this Avis location are both outstanding when it comes to customer service. They really made me feel welcomed and I truly appreciate that! I have nothing but good things to say about this place as I have rented from this place a few times and each time very polite and professional! I will always rent from this location and only Avis. Had absolutely the best customer experience working with Sonia. My car option was initially not available. She called me Wed evening but then promptly followed up first thing Thursday that they did have the car that I wanted. She was courteous and friendIy and did everything to make my experience amazing. I will be going back to the Avis Westfield when I need a rental in the future.
I've used this Avis/Budget location now for over 5 years and have never been disappointed. Excellent service and always answers all questions. Very positive experience.
