They don’t tell u to bring it back by the exact time u rented it, only that they close at 4:30. Bring it back an hour later than time u picked it up your charged $21.00 per hour Watch it or you also will get screwed !!! Try calling and they could care less By by Avis
The absolute best car rental service and I have used many for both business and personal travel. Dom and Cindy go out of their way to have the vehicles ready, CLEANED (Dom was fanatical about cleaning my rental of all visible pollen, disinfecting the interior, etc), and safe for use ahead of pickup. The check in and out process is extremely efficient, demonstrating their understanding that their customers have someplace to be. Highly recommend above all others! Looking forward to my future rentals!
