Erroll White is a 1st class person. He makes sure you feel valued when you walk in the door. He is truly why I rent from this location.
I used to be a regular AVIS customer. Last time, Avis CRAPPED out. I reserved a full size Camry, because I needed the space. I was automatically downgraded to a standard Jetta. And the car was filthy with chewing gum and water bottle on the back seat and HAND-CUFFS locked to the gear box. Yes, You heard that right - Hand Cuffs in the car. He tried his best to pry out those cuffs... Doesn't matter, I am not touching that car anyway. I've rented from Avis in Collierville several times and it continues to be my go-to for rental cars. Errol always provides great customer service over the phone and in person. I live about 30 miles away and pass a couple of car rental companies on the way, but i still prefer Avis Collierville. That should be an indicator on how much I enjoy renting from this location. Great service and a good selection of vehicles.
The agent was very friendly. The car was wonderful! The rental was easy.
Great experience, superb customer service! Google reflects this location with closing hours of 6p, when it's actually 530p. I called in route & although they would have been closed when I arrived Erroll waited an additional 10 minutes to pick up the rental, which I appreciated greatly.
