Celeste was an absolute pleasure to deal with all 4 times I was there. The system was running slow and she was working overtime to make sure I got the rental on time. This experience was a 10 out of 10 and I wish I could rent from this location and staff everytime I rented. Highly recommended! Thank you Avis/budget and Celeste for making our rental experience AMAZING!

I agree with the last post . 0 stars is way too much . Lazy incompetent unhelpful staff . Only reason I even used them was they were the only ones in town who still hard cars for rent ( I know why that is now ) highly recommend you use any other option than this company . This branch in particular! lol
