Rented car unit 1-31-26. Called Avis on 1-30-26 to ask about the drop off process as I didn’t know if I could make it there by 6pm when the store closed.Tried to return it early on 1-30-25 due to snow storm coming in on 1-31-26. Was told there would be a drop box or to just leave the keys and the rental agreement in the car. And the employees would collect the keys the next day. Arrived at 6:15 pm 1-30 business closed at 6 pm. This location does not have a key drop box. Called Avis multiple times in over the next hour trying... read more
