Celeste is the best! I had been dealing with AVIS issues all day, and she far exceeded my expectations. My day started with a junk rental from the airport that had mechanical problems, forcing me to call roadside assistance. They sent me all over before finally directing me to Celeste. The catch? They sent me a link to swap vehicles but accidentally canceled my reservation. When I arrived, I had to start a completely new one. Tried to return a car and the lady left us sitting there for over an hour! She just clocked out and left for the day without telling us! Called someone about it and they said oh she’s there. Just keep waiting. She never came back. When we talked to someone finally when returning the car the next day there was no sorry or let me try to make it up to you. Awful customer service. I literally tell anyone who needs to a rent a car to not go to this place. Ever!
Celeste is amazing – friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. She made the whole rental process quick, easy, and enjoyable. Customer service at its best!
