Avis/budget has been horrible. My mom came into town and we needed a car for an entire trip we had scheduled. We had a reservation way in advance and even called a couple hours prior to confirm our car was ready. When we arrived they had no cars left and didn’t even apologize. Our whole trip got set back. These people are not to be trusted.
Had a reservation on 8/1/25 at 4:00pm, didn’t receive my vehicle until about 4:30 which set my travel time back on i5. The vehicle was not clean on the interior or exterior, dusty inside, dirty carpets, no mats front or back and a previous receipt from the previous renters in the middle console. My return trip should’ve been a 7hr drive but turned into 10hrs because again i5, not AVIS issue but I did call them and explained I won’t make a business hours return and just wanted to inform them and they assured me there is a aft... read more
Our car was ready for us and it was just as described. Clean, easy to drive, and no smell of smoke. Customer service was great.
