Had a reservation on 8/1/25 at 4:00pm, didn’t receive my vehicle until about 4:30 which set my travel time back on i5. The vehicle was not clean on the interior or exterior, dusty inside, dirty carpets, no mats front or back and a previous receipt from the previous renters in the middle console. My return trip should’ve been a 7hr drive but turned into 10hrs because again i5, not AVIS issue but I did call them and explained I won’t make a business hours return and just wanted to inform them and they assured me there is a aft... read more
Our car was ready for us and it was just as described. Clean, easy to drive, and no smell of smoke. Customer service was great.
I have never had a bad experience with Avis Bellingham !! The gentlemen are kind , informative and eager to make sure I am taken care of. I have sent my kids to rent from Avis and they all say the same thing. Professional, always kind, and the vehicles never disappoint. I have rented from other rentals at the Bellingham Airport, and The Team at Avis hands down the best ! Appreciate you guys very much !!!! Fa’atui- Tui:)
Made a reservation through my company for business use, came at 8:30pm on Friday and no one’s here at the counter. Waited till 9:15pm still no one, ended up having to do a walk up rental with Hertz, Hertz saved the day and if not for Avis being my company’s preferred option, I’d never rent from them.
Guy at the front desk didn't know anything. Refused to give me my USAA discount just because he didn't understand what to do. He gave me the number to customer service who then told me I could only get the discount at the desk...once again this man would not do it. I had to use a rental while my car was repaired. Hopefully I never have to use them again!!!
