I came just to add another driver to my reservation and there was no one, I call and say to be back in 5~10 min but never showed up. This was on a Friday at 9:30 am.
Won't be using them again seeing as they double charged me for my rental after I had prepaid for the vehicle. Check your rental bills if renting through this location! 2 stars because Customer service over the phone was helpful.

The worst place i ever have to deal with. They wanted to charge me over $300 for the cancellation fees which i just made about 15' before i had to call them to cancel because me and my husband found out our unexpected situation came up. The guy on the phone tried to tell us pay $200+ instead of $300+. Yep! Im talking about 15 minutes reservation, JUST MADE (NOT DAYS AFTER) and you HAVE TO pay $300+ if u cancel .
