A pleasant experience
Rented the car at 11.45a when it was booked for 12p and returned at 12.30p as the store opens as 12p. Was charged for 1hr extra which was 50% more that what I was supposed to pay.
They rent cars for the military but will cancel in a heartbeat for prepaid and private customers.
