Great service and customer service. They took really good care of us with finding a vehicle that suits our family as we took our vacation to Florida. I would highly recommend using them for rentals.
I never got a survey but wanted to share that my experience with Avis at the Reading Airport was great. The counter agent was pleasant and didn’t try to push anything on me. No unexpected charges. Car was mostly good- it could have used new wipers. Price was so much more reasonable than Enterprise, barely even $30 a day. Would rent with Avis again.
