Hadi does a very good job at maintaining good quality fleet and availability. As a frequent traveler, knowing I can rely on him for my last minute travel arrangements makes this my favorite location by far.
Booked a car through their website. Sam, didn’t bother to contact me before hand to tell me they didn’t have any cars. Claims he didn’t have my number, but they have my information and just were too lazy to find my information. Previous cars have smelled like cigarettes as well. Best to just avoid this car lot even if it’s the most convienient, don’t risk your travel with them.
Awful and weird experience. Went to get my vehicle on 10/29 and not only was the girl eyebrows weird but so was my experience. She ask me for a badge but in my role I’m remote and don’t have a badge and I’m a frequent user of Avis and never been asked that. She pretended to call a manager where I asked could she reference my LinkedIn and she was unable to do that. UPDATE:: Even after all these years I got No response; No Help; and NO ANSWERS!!! You Pick and Choose who You want to respond to, because they gave you"good" reviews!!! Very telling on how YOU ALL do "Business"!!! This location and Royal Oak location is dishonorable and lack integrity with horrible Reps. (Majority of the Reps) I feel sorry for the couple of Reps that do work there trying to make your establishment somewhat decent!!
