I had a reservation here for 2 weeks for a car. I show up 15 minutes early, and they have no cars available. My car "isn't there yet" and "I need to wait" since I am at this point 5 minutes early. What? So I call the corporate number, and all they can do is if I find another car from a competitor, they can match the rate. Mind you, I still have no car! What a Joke. I was having car problems with my car today so I tried to rent a car there and they did not have a car available because of the recent storms. The representative made no effort whatsoever to help me find a car perhaps another location. I was very disappointed with the results
