Very convenient location. Second time renting and Michelle made it super convenient. First time I showed up on the wrong date but they were still able to accommodate. Michelle has great communication. Thanks again
Reserved vehicle to take people who flew from out of town to a funeral. Confirmed rental on line. Showed up to get vehicle, no vehicle available. Do not rely on these guys. Completely dismissive and unwilling to make any effort to remedy their failure. My best advice is to use a more professional and reliable company to do business with. Terrible service. I waited over an hour for a car I had reserved days in advance. The staff member (Michelle) stayed in her office with loud music and gave no updates. She was rude and unprofessional — I even had to remind her that I was the customer. Definitely not coming back to this location.
