From the moment I walked in, Mrs. Michelle assisted me. She was professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful. She made the check-in process quick and easy, answered all my questions clearly. I recommend renting here.

Michelle at Avis on kuykendahl went above and beyond to get me in a car that fit my size and current needs. She was very patient and kind when she could have easily been frustrated (she was also busy). Highly recommend this location. Great experience with Michelle
