The person (man) that owns/runs this Avis is awful! I have been renting 3 days/week a minimum of 2 weeks/month. They don't have cars for reservations made 48+ hours in advance. The proprietor is rude and speaks in a condescending tone. This AVIS should be pulled and taken over by corporate. AVIS, you are losing money allowing this LOSER to run a shop in our community. Please replace him ASAP. I will email corporate also. It is really bad!
Call ahead of time to make sure vehicles were available before I came because I had to Uber to location. Was only told that I had to have a banking card no other payment limitations. I Uber to the location just be told that my payment method could not be taken and the person at the counter could care less was very nonchalant didn't receive an apology or nothing. Wouldn't come back here even if I had everything needed.
I would consider exploring other options. This guy doesn’t care about his customers, it’s almost like he doesn’t want you to rent with him very weird. Take your money elsewhere trust me
I personally have no complaints the owner makes sure I’m accommodated every time I rent from him and checkout in most cases are very swift .
Absolutely the worst AVIS of all time. This is now the second time that I have used them for a trip and the second time they’ve called LAST SECOND and said they didn’t have my vehicle. Please see this and go elsewhere. Now here I am scrambling to find another option when I booked this vehicle WEEKS ago. Unbelievable
