I regularly use Avis and this place is the only location that did not get a rental car ready for me even though it was reserved and confirmed one month ahead of time. I do not recommend getting a rental car from here.
Rented a vehicle from Fll airport Super Super friendly,short wait, efficient!! 4 Stars across the board right until I get to Douglasville GA!! What I thought was going to be a quick drop off turn into the worst experience Ever! Super Rude and Very Very unprofessional!! Thank goodness for my Meta glasses and a Great Cust Svc Rep who turned a bad exp into a returning customer Just NOT the Dville location!
Ever time you go a book for a car he always have a A excuse about the car being delayed or the car is not there. Very arrogant .
Should've known from all the 1 start reviews to leave this G.H.E.TT.O establishment ALONE. I'll spare the long drawn out list of complaints, a shorter more straight to the point version, this location needs a more professional, neater ans nicer staff. The cleanliness of the property alone was a turn off but the cherry on top was the rude fella who'd originally called and canceled my reservation bc ge didn't have any vehicles. Overall just glad I didn't have to rent here and don't think Avis will EVER receive my support based... read more
