Called to rent a car because mine got in an accident. They said they have no cars I will fit in and basically treated me like garbage giving me no other options and then said “you got it” and hung up on me. I get that you are super busy (they had one single car coming in at 1:00 to rent) but I am stuck and you didn’t need to be rude like that.
Came in to pick up a car I reserved a week ago. Paid with my partners card but used my ID. Because my name did not match the credit card I was told my reservation was no longer valid and I would be paying almost twice as much. Talk about SCAM! Not willing to just change the name or price match today is beyond unacceptable. Be wise when you pick where you rent a car from… Don’t say I didn’t warn you !
The staff are always courteous, attentive and efficient. I travel extensively for work, renting cars all over the country. This is by far the best car rental experience I have ever had.
