I see a lot of similar low-star reviews about owner(?) of the place and can't agree more with them after two episodes of interaction with him. Be advised before going here. His entire demeanor suggested a life so broken, so devoid of joy, that his only remaining purpose is to offload fragments of his despair onto strangers. Behavior wasn't rude, it was the exhausted, defeated flailing of someone who peaked in high school and has been spiraling downward ever since, and wants to share bitter taste of this misery with someone. ... read more
What a great place to rent from and the people working there are amazing. They jump through hoops to help their customers and you are always greeted with a smile. Highly recommend renting from Avis/Budget in Paramus. I would give 10 stars if I could.
the guy working there has no clue about customer service - he hates his job, and hates his customers too. such a shame Avis still keeps this place run by those terrible people. Everybody I talk or see at that location says similar bad experience with the guy working there.
Lenny truly came through for me after my debit card was having issues. Above and beyond service, and I drove my rental cross-country with no issues. Would recommend this location to anyone.
