I love renting from this Avid location. Easy in and out — great service — and always top notch cars. The Volvo XC 90 I just rented was an absolute joy to drive.
Great costumer services
First time renting from Avis. I've had horrible experiences with enterprise and hertz, so Avis was my last hope. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Travel can be stressful, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful while getting me checked in. It is rare to find such excellent customer service these days. I highly recommend this branch
There’s this Asian girl at the counter, very unprofessional and quite frankly rude. She called me urging me to come pickup the car early before closure hours 12pm , only for me to come pick it up 1hr before and she charged me 83$, (rental price per day) for an early pick up. In my presence she never even said a word after charging my card about this or even informing me of this early pick up policy.
