Had my car reservation for weeks as an Avis Preferred customer. Received an electric car, which was not convenient for our trip. I was told it was the only available vehicle and to come back the next day. When I returned the next day, I had to wait for a vehicle to be cleaned. Poor customer service.
Mr. Rafael Martinez went above and beyond in personally packaging and shipping a CPAP machine that was left in the Avis Wagoneer rental. This employee is an asset to Avis. All other transactions were smooth during a challenging, crowded counter pick up time.
