Avis rental at the St. Pete Clearwater airport my favorite place to rent from. When you pick up your car, the attendant is very friendly. Rafael makes sure everything is up to your expectations.

RENTER BEWARE!!!- The terrible reviews are true, and I urge anyone thinking to rent from this particular AVIS to please rent from anywhere else (but not the Budget that is directly attached to the same AVIS counter). We rented a mid-sized car weeks in advance. When we arrived ON TIME to pick up our reserved car, we waited in the line to get to the counter for 45 minutes.
