I wish I could give zero stars rented a suv over two weeks ago with confirmation of my rental vehicle arrived to pick it up only to find out that it wasn’t available and they didn’t have anything but a 15 passenger van available which would not work for me so there confirmation means nothing are they could have given me a courtesy call to let me know earlier in the day so I could have made other arrangements but no they have no courtesy for there customers and I will never use them again I rather pay more and use enterprise

Use Extreme Caution if you're thinking of renting from this car rental place! I agreed to pay $209 for a 3-day rental and when I return the car at 7:00 a.m. there was nobody around for me to give the keys to so I put them in the cup holder and got on my flight. I then was charged an additional $686 because they said I didn't return the car on time and had it out two extra days and charged me for insurance which I did not authorize!!! The car was not full of gas when we received it and then they charge us for fuel even though it was full and for additional coverage which I didn’t agree too. Be weary that they add stuff to your agreement without your permission. Im supposedly getting some of the fees back. This was my first time booking with Avis because Hertz was not available at this airport. I have never had an issue with Hertz and will never (unless that’s my only option) purchase through Avis again.
