Rude manager/owner uncharted us by 600 dollars or more at drop off. Was not in the facility when the hours of operation said open so we had to wait and said our car was returned dirty, which it was not!!! Not great customer service at all, do nottttt rent from here!
Very helpful even during the Christmas season. Always my go to when renting a car!
Horrible experience with the staff. He assumes like we are asking for his personal car. Lol the employe doesn't even know how to assist and explain the situation to a customer. Mostly he target people and always say you people you people.what does it means.? Is this is not an example of Racism.
