Very helpful even during the Christmas season. Always my go to when renting a car!
Horrible experience with the staff. He assumes like we are asking for his personal car. Lol the employe doesn't even know how to assist and explain the situation to a customer. Mostly he target people and always say you people you people.what does it means.? Is this is not an example of Racism.
Not very good customer service and can never call the location directly over the phone.
Horrible location. Employees never answer the phone in office. Been trying to make contact about lost eyeglasses for my daughter for days. SMH
Guy gave us a real nice car to make a trip!!
