I have booked minivan at this location and rude person at this location on day i go to pick up my car tells me that minivan is not available. He further says he called me and my voice mail is full , but when i checked my voice mail was not full.When i asked he could have emailed me that car is not available he rudely told he does not work for Avis (that was so weird). I recommend not to go over here and instead opt for Enterprise on chesterfield Airport road , they are good people and helped me book a car on the spot. Never ... read more
