Returned my rental to the "14019 Grand Ave, Burnsville, MN" location. Mohamed, the customer service agent, was very friendly and did an amazing job, helping me out with some contract issues. Highly recommend and will definitely be using this location again. THANKS for GREAT service 9/24/2025: Picked up another vehicle here today. As ALWAYS, GREAT service. This is my "go-to" car rental place when I'm in MSP area.

BEWARE! I rented a car to go from Madison WI and dropped off at this location 1 day trip with wife and small dog. When I dropped the car off they didn’t even look inside and seen my wife holding the dog, immediately said “that’s gonna be a problem” when I asked what he replied “the dog in the car! I’m gonna have to charge you an additional $250 cleaning fee for the dog hair” Continued to tell me that the car was sold and headed to its owner which needed to be in immaculate condition. I had a similar experience to many other reviewers here. I made a rental car reservation prior to my arrival, but when I went to pick up the car, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled without any prior notification. I was left without an alternative rental option. This site lacks basic customer service skills and courtesy.

I get to this location and they tell me that they don’t have a car for me even though they already charged my credit card. I asked if there was any other vehicles I could put me and he said they don’t have any at all.. I called the customer support and they were very rude. I will not be renting from Avis again nor will anyone in my company.
