Both drivers were present to pay for the car was told we couldn't because it was in my name(did this at enterprise and they took care of us) so we had to cancel this car and give more money to them to rent. Car was dirty had writing and marks on the outside of it. I will never do business with avis budget again.
If I could give it 0 stars trust me i would.
These people are lied over the phone just to take my money an not give me a rental was very unprofessional the older lady with glasses is disrespectful
