If I could give this review a -10 I would. Poor customer service and slight racist against black people (might I add that’s been the bulk of this owners customers on the day we tried to rent). We all know that management has the authority to waive certain things to go above and beyond- my friend and I were coming off of a cruise and reserved a rental at this location, unfortunately I lost one of my debit cards and 2 of my credit cards and had a credit card that was pending my full payment amount. We have used this location multiple times and haven't had any issues until our last rental. We picked up our vehicle in Miami on 09/21/2025 at 11:06am and dropped it off on 09/22/2025 at 9:30am. Per the rental agreement, we needed to return it by 10am on 09/22/2025 which we did. When we arrived at the location to drop the vehicle off, Rosa the desk agent at the time was busy, so we dropped the key in the return box and thought we were good to go. Both drivers were present to pay for the car was told we couldn't because it was in my name(did this at enterprise and they took care of us) so we had to cancel this car and give more money to them to rent. Car was dirty had writing and marks on the outside of it. I will never do business with avis budget again.
