We are trying to leave for vacation today. My husband arrived at the New Bedford airport Avis to pick up our 7 passenger rental and Noone was there. The police officers there said no one had been there all day and other customers had been coming to pick up their cars as well. No one answered the phone so my husband called customer service. He talked with four people. One said just wait maybe someone will show up. The next said no cars where available in the area. The next said "im just customer service.
