Betty and Charlene are awesome. They are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly they treat you like a friend. My family and I have been renting from Betty since the early 1990's. They always make sure you are satisfied with the vehicles that you rent.
I rent cars all the time for my business, and I can honestly say Charlene at the Avis in New Bedford Airport is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. She is always extremely organized, pleasant, and genuinely cares about her customers. Every time I walk in, she goes the extra mile to make sure my rental experience is smooth and positive. I’ve rented from a lot of different places, but the customer service Charlene provides is truly exceptional. Highly recommended!
