Great rental for the week!
Avoid this Avis. I was charged $175 for a "cleaning fee" after returning the car—no warning, no explanation, no invoice. The weekly rental was only $165, so this feels like a scam. No one said a word at drop-off. I won’t rent from them again unless they make this right.
Reserved a Chevrolet Tahoe AWD at Denver airport. Was "upgraded" to a Suburban. After leaving the lot I realized this vehicle is 2-wheel drive. Only. One tire needed air, the whindshield washer reservoir was empty and after driving for about an hour a message popped up with a ENGINE LOW WARNING message. Four phone calls later to Aviso I gave up. Totally useless.
Katie was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with rental cars from the Denver Airport Avis location. We were on a large family vacation and had multiple cars reserved. She was professional, friendly and helpful in what was a very stressful situation for our family. Thank you Katie for your fantastic customer service!
We were passing through and our rental started having battery issues. Katie was so helpful and understanding, helping to make an exchange at short notice. They were so kind and understanding and we are thankful for the help getting our roadtrip back and running.
