Very poor experience for a first time customer,firstly I was charged for 2 days without disclosing the information, secondly when I tried to get clarification the agent started shouting at me until I told her ‘mam u are shouting at me’. This incorrect Charges was never refunded. This rental company doesn’t care about customers as they are trained to manipulate and cheat customers.
Katie went above and beyond for me! While most people shy away from unique or complicated situations, Katie stepped in, took it on without hesitation, and handled everything with ease and professionalism. Her calm demeanor and problem-solving skills made a stressful situation much smoother. I can’t thank her enough! I highly recommend this Avis location—especially if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about customer service.

I'm really disappointed with the unprofessional behavior at this Avis location, especially since I fly out of the Eagle County Regional Airport so often. The drivers are a serious concern—I've consistently seen them speeding (at least 40 mph in a 25 zone, and way too fast in the parking lots), cutting corners, driving through parking spaces, and even parking against the flow of traffic.
