Went to swap my rental due to one of my tires having 2 nails in it, Dean immediately got frustrated with the situation and wanted me to take the vehicle to a used tire shop for repairs. Very slow service and Dean was not handling the situation very well complaint the entire 1hr I was there just to switch vehicles out

Service was very good, and the staff was very informative and friendly. The car was ready when we got there and very clean.

I prepaid the rental, and once in store we left a different credit card on file for deposit reasons. They charged our credit card as well, and when I called to see why they are charging us on there too, they are saying that they don’t see a prior payment yet I have the payments posted on my bank account. Had to file a whole claim on the credit card and still they are trying to charge more on my debit card which I now had to block. Terrible. The vehicle I received had an awful odor. It smelled like smoke and a dead skunk. Had to go buy some air fresheners to try to mask the smell, which did not work. The rental agent was made aware and all he could do is tell us he would make a note of it. The smell lasted for at least 4 out of the 5 days the vehicle was rented. I was very dissatisfied and will never rent from that location again.
