10/10. I've been renting vehicles for travel regularly for the last few years now, and this is the only review I've written because of how excellent my experience was here. The customer service at this business is outstanding. Victor is a top-tier owner and operator, and made every accommodation I needed. I'll be renting from them whenever I'm in LA, and I'd strongly recommend you do the same!

My mom has been renting from Avis Budget for years now and has never experienced any problems until last month. She received a notice in the mail saying she had to pay for a broken windshield. She rented the car back in December and didn’t receive that notice until a MONTH later. Which I find odd but she received the car in Chula Vista and the man acknowledged that the windshield was already cracked along with some bumps and he assured my mom that this was already in the system and acknowledged by Avis.
