I’ve been renting from Victor for the last 8 years. Anytime I need a car, he finds me one. The cars are in great condition and the customer service is next level. Highly recommend that you rent from your neighborhood Avis than the one at BUR. Thanks for everything, Avis friends!
This place is fast and convenient. We’ve rented from here twice now and it’s always been a joy. I never got the gentlemen’s name, but he is awesome. Very friendly and efficient. Way easier than the airport or Turo. I definitely recommend them.
Thank you to Victor for renewing my faith that there are still good, kind, and helpful people in this currently crazy selfish world! Our reservation was made online for the closest Avis location which happened to be the Burbank airport. For personal reasons, renting a vehicle was a better choice and more practical way of transportation rather than taking an Uber or Lyft all over town.
