when i rented through costco travel the rental price was $310 for 7 days, when i came to pick up the car they added $230 for car loss insurance, even though i said no! because my english is not good and it was 11pm at IAH airport, i signed the rental contract! the next morning i checked and they still charged $33/day for insurance so i brought the car back here, they charged $142 for 12 hours! too much, too bad!!!
It was an okay experience it just seems like I was charged more then usual the manager usually give good in person service it's better to be here when the manager is here santale seems to do her best at her job but next time I will need a better quote that add up better but the vehicle runs fine and grate place to come if your looking to rent a vehicle in Houston for a few days
The manager is very good and knowledgeable. The car was clean and smelled nice. I haven't used this location in while but I use to use them frequently. I will definitely use them again.
