The staff at Avis Sun City in the Frys grocery store are amazing. Especially Natasha, she worked with us to ensure or rental and numerous extensions and or renewals were seamless. She was kind, patient and efficient! We are grateful to her and her supervisor Shanky for all of their efforts.

We rented a car in June for about 5 days, we did the initial inspection before we picked it up, noted of the damages, but then when we returned it, we informed them of the windshield damage and there was no other damage, no one came out to inspect it when we returned it. Reserved car for Thursday. Got a confirmation code. Tried to do an on line check in. Confirmation canceled. Called the number to see what happened. Got a new reservation. Showed up at counter, nobody there. Female clerk showed up. She said she called me, I did not receive anything. The reservation was canceled. It would be great if AVIS got their sh.t together and didn't make me waste my time and gas. Will never rent from them again.
