I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Avis Car Rental branch! The customer service here is exceptional. Dinesh at AVIS MV was extremely pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, hassle-free process. Instead of a frustrating wait or a vehicle downgrade ( which happened at the Palo Alto branch), he sent us on our way quickly with a really nice, clean gas SUV that was perfect for our trip.
